4-Acetoxy-MiPT is unscheduled in the United States. It is possible that it could be considered an analog (of 5-MeO-DIPT?), in which case, sales for human consumption or possession with the intent to ingest could be prosecuted under the Federal Analogue Act though we are unaware of any such existing cases (1/24/2011).

Finland #

Sweden #
4-Acetoxy-MiPT (along with 4-AcO-DET, 4-HO-DET, 4-HO-MIPT and bk-MDMA) was scheduled as "hälsofarliga varor" (health-threatening substances, having no acceptable medical use) in Sweden on Nov 1 2005, according to the "Statens folkhälsoinstitut" web site [See related document from fhi.se].
