4-fluoromethcathinone is probably controlled in Kentucky. In 2012, Kentucky passed HR 481 that added controlls for "synthetic drugs". Pennsylvania passed a law on June 23 2011 adding several new drugs to the controlled substances list, including 4-Fluoromethcathinone, and 3-Fluoromethcathinone, making them Schedule I in the state of Pennsylvania. News about the law change refers to banning "bath salts".
