PHARMACOLOGICAL FATALITIES

"Four Member States have reported a total of 24 fatalities where 5-IT has been detected in post-mortem samples: fifteen in Sweden, four in Hungary, four in the United Kingdom and one in Germany. These occurred between April and August 2012. They were aged between 19 and 55 years old [...]. In seven of the cases no other substances were detected. In the remaining cases, 5-IT was present along with one or more other substances. While it is not possible to determine with certainty the role of 5-IT in all of those fatalities, in some cases it has been specifically noted in the cause of death."

LD50 #
It is extremely difficult to determine an LD50 for a drug in humans. LD50s are only ever experimentally determined in animals, and extrapolations from one species to another for lethal dose are notoriously unreliable.
