gather channel |
We need only to open our minds and hearts to omnipresent inspiration to be attuned to its call. Once attuned we must choose; do we absorb the energy for our own purposes or do we act as a channel for this universal force in the world? Perhaps we are all acting in the service of this energy, whatever we may think.

outer alchemy |
Since the beginning of time wise elders have implored us towards balance in all things - today this balance is even more necessary for our very health and sanity.
The sacred union of alchemy, was often seen as a blending of male and female, sun and moon, heaven and earth. The androgyne becomes a channel for energy from the heavens transmitted through the body and into the flower of earth (symbolized by the pentacle) The figure behind the androgyne is the Metatron Cube an ancient figure that combines all the platonic solids in one harmonic form.

tiamat |
In many of our most ancient myths and religions the beginning of our earth was a time of great chaos and disorder - a time of giants and dragons. So it is that Tiamat was that ancient chaotic mother from the Myths and legends
of Babylon and Sumeria. Tiamat was the great mother who created a mass of chthonic gods and monsters in this chaotic realm. Later the younger gods pledged their allegiance to one of their own, Marduk and armed him with several enchanted weapons. After defeating hordes of chaotic beasts he finally came upon Tiamat and slew her as well - and so itis said that: And the lord stood upon Tiamat's hinder parts, And with his merciless club he smashed her skull. He cut through the channels of her blood, And he made the North wind bear it away into secret places. Slicing Tiamat in half, he made from her ribs the vault of heaven and earth. Her weeping eyes became the source of the Tigris and the Euphrates.
