DOSE:
10 mg oral Pharms - Oxymorphone (daily)
BODY WEIGHT: 165 lb
I’m 65 and have had my fair share of drugs over the years. Just imagine I was 20 in 1967. You name it and I probably tried it once and more if I liked it.

Anyway as I get old it is easier just to go to the doc and get meds. I complained about back pain (which was just a way to get more Tramadol) and he sent me to a pain clinic where they not only prescribed Tramadol but also 10mg Opana. That was rocking along ok just taking as prescribed and then I decided to scrape off the time release. Wasn’t too bad but then the Dr decides to double the mg to 20. I didn’t ask for it and I’m now wondering if the doc is trying to get me hooked.

I started scraping the 20 and before I know it I am sleeping up to 18 hrs a day and miss 2 weeks of work. And when I am awake all I can do is sit on the couch. I am too woozy to do anything. It took a week after stopping the pills before I could go back to work.

So a month goes by and I decide to start the 10s again. Within a few days of taking them I go to sleep on Wed at 3 and wake up Thursday at 12 noon. No more for me. It is now Friday and I am still woozy headed. That is it for me and Opana. I believe it is a very dangerous drug and not to be taken lightly.
