When I was about 18 years old, I experimented several times with PCP (aka phencyclidine). It was always smoked, I think parsley soaked with chemical-smelling liquid.

The effects were not unpleasant. I experienced a very strong sensation of being one with the couch on which I was sitting, as if I were melting into it.

One time, a few minutes after smoking a very very small joint of 'green' (what we used to call parsley or some other green plant material soaked in liquid PCP), I experienced very strong visual hallucinations of the world around me spinning. I said to my buddy, 'I cannot drive on this shit,' and pulled over and let him take the wheel (even though he had smoked the same shit as me; I guess he didn't get as big of a dose or maybe he had a higher tolerance to the drug). Don't even remember a lot of experiences I had with this drug. Never actually had a 'bad trip' on it. The primary effect was one of extreme immobility. The visual disturbances it caused were mostly as if things were moving that were actually stationary, as if I were moving , but I was definitely not moving any part of my body.

One time, a guy at a party had about 2 ounces of liquid PCP. I dipped my pinky finger into it and put it on my tongue (tasted like lighter fluid or gasoline mixed with vodka or something). About 30 minutes later, I was completely zonked - out for the count. Didn't move for about 8 hours after that.

Ketamine is another, but similar story for me.
