Bad/Suspect Ecstasy

I guess I will start off by saying that I will never take another drug unless I test it beforehand. I have had experiences with various forms of ecstasy, MDMA ( brown sugar molly) and shrooms. Actually the first time I took MDMA it was 2 1/2 hits with shroom tea ( crazy awesome experience). But I have never experienced anything quite like what I am almost positive was 2C-B / piperazines.

Last March break, a few friends and I decided we wanted to take MDMA while her friend's parents were gone- we had her house to ourselves. We couldn't find any powder around the area, but guy we knew was selling yellow, triple point crown 'ecstasy' that was supposedly triple stacked and awesome. We all decided to buy the pills which were $15 each.

To start, since we were told these pills were really strong, we each cut our pills in half and took the half. about half an hour after I started noticing an extremely mild rolling effect, music sounded better, more energy, etc. All of us who had taken these pills had some stomach discomfort and nausea, and were also extremely thirsty. We were thirsty to more of an extent than I had ever experienced on MDMA or xtc in the past. Though we were all careful to cut ourselves off when we thought we were verging on too much water.

After about an hour and a half the effects still hadn’t gotten any more potent, but stomach discomfort, thirst, and frequent urination had persisted. we decided we would go back to the dealer and buy more of his shitty “ecstasy” for a cheaper price. A friend to whom I offered to pay for a ride came to pick us up, and just as he arrived at my friend’s house, I reached my peak high and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was suddenly hyperaware, with energy coursing through my veins, I could hardly stand to be stuck in his car on the way to the drug dealer’s house, and I demanded to get out early to walk. My other two friends I was with had not experienced these effects yet and did not know what was happening with my trip.

When we got into the dealer’s apartment building, the pattern on the carpet started moving around, which was the first mild hallucination I experienced. My pupils were fully dilated, and I had a was absolutely DYING for water, mouth as dry as a bone, even though I had probably already drank about 2 litres in the previous 2 hours. My friends bought more pills, and we went back to the house we had been tripping in previously.

When we got back to the house, PANIC overtook me, My heart was pounding so quickly I thought I was about to have a heart attack. I was higher than I had ever felt, but in a weird and very uncomfortable way. All I could think was fuckk what have I gotten myself into this shit is going to last for like 6/7 hours ! The others then started experiencing side effects similar to me, a couple of them did not get panicked but a couple of them did, One of my friends was curled up in a ball on a bed having her own panic attack, saying it felt like her stomach was bleeding. Body temperatures were affected, extremely hot one minute and shivering the next ( this lasted the entire trip and is not uncommon with xtc)

I drank a beer as alcohol is a depressant and can calm me down when taking a stimulant, and it seemingly helped with my feelings of anxiety. By this point, I was mildly hallucinating similarly to mushrooms with a particular waviness to objects, but there was also a static-like colours climbing the walls, and vibrating , extending and retracting. I found my breathing start to become very shallow and this caused me to be anxious about what the fuck we had just taken… because I know very well how possible it is to die from taking the wrong pill. Most of the others reported similar shallow breathing, gastrointestinal discomfort, and a very strange, panic-inducing high.

Another side effect I noticed was that it was hard to move my hand around, clearly the pills had impacted my motor functions, which isn’t always a warning sign but can be.

When we started to come down, about 5 hours after the initial peak, it was a very numb/ dead feeling. We all felt very tired yet sleepless, and our bodies ached horribly. I also had the worst headache ever right around my forehead/ temple area that lasted until the next evening. The hangover effects of this pill were awful, feeling lifeless for about 2 days.

I will never be naïve enough to take a pill or powder or any drug for that matter without testing it first, EVER AGAIN. I learned my lesson the hard way and I hope whoever reads this doesn’t have to experience anything similar to what me and my friends went through, or worse.
