I ground up about 350 morning glory seeds in a coffee grinder and mixed the powder with milk and tried to drink it. The flavor wasn't that bad, but for some reason I was repulsed by it and I barely got it down without barfing.
After about 10 minutes my stomach felt queasy. After about 30 minutes, I threw up. Afterwards I still felt sick. Now, about 4 hours later, my stomach finally is starting to feel better, and the dizziness is starting to go away. I didn't have any LSA effects. It's normally not easy for my stomach to be turned.
The lesson I learned is that if I'm going to prepare morning glory seeds the way they tell you to in the FAQ, then not to do it at all. It feels like I just voluntarily gave myself the flu.
