20 mg oral Pharms - Fluoxetine
BODY WEIGHT: 260 lb
I have had minimal experience with drugs during my lifetime as of now (marijuana and nutmeg use (isolated)). I have had many problems with mental disorders (mdd, add, and social anxiety disorder). Over time, I have finally been able to get many of these symptoms under control through the use of medicine, counseling, and some behavioral therapy.

After a brief hospitalization because of a psychosomatic episode, I was able to be prescribed a veritable cocktail of medicine. These include Geodon, Vistaril, Prozac, and more recently Vyvanse. They have brought me back to some sense of normality, and make life more comfortable on a daily basis. I have found many things that have helped me immensely, and can offer one word of advice to those in a situation similar to mine. However bad it may feel to ask for help, whether it be going to a hospital or simply going to your primary care physician, do it. You must do it, not only for yourself, but for your family and friends as well. Now, without further background information, I shall move on to my report.

(T:+0:00): I take 50 mg Vyvanse followed by 20 mg Geodon and 20 mg Prozac.
(T:+0:45): I start to feel the effects of Vyvanse creep slowly but surely up to the first “level” of feelings: a sort of head pressure similar to those found when smoking an indica strain of marijuana, clear headedness, and a more social attitude.

(T+:1:00): The head pressure becomes more pronounced and my hands start to sweat. I feel euphoric and am motivated to do schoolwork or other things (like this report). I find that I am able to type much faster and fluently as well as simply concentrate on one task at a time. Without medication, I would be switching from task to task, and not really get anything done.
Without medication, I would be switching from task to task, and not really get anything done.
I find that I even become more imaginative and am able to think of varied ways to solve one situation. The most interesting effect is the lack of social aversion I feel. I am usually introverted, and because of that can’t seem to be interested in social altercations. Finally, I start to feel a serene calmness.

(T:2:00): The head pressure subside some and I am left with a very clear minded demeanor. I am less apt to ignore people and am even drawn to their presence. The calm feeling intensifies and I find myself yawning and even getting sleepy. Classes and tests go by quickly and I find myself taking excellent notes and getting done my work much quicker than my classmates. Some people notice and ask me how I am done so quickly. I turn the situation into something of a cause and effect chart, gauging their body language and facial expressions and plotting out possible outcomes of my word choice.
(T:4:00): Head pressure completely subsides and I am left with the feeling of constantly wanting to get things done. I now feel a bit energized and am very euphoric. I feel almost normal, able to melt into any social situation with ease.

(T:6:00): Still feeling similar feelings to the four hour period. I have noticed that this medication seems to hold its “plateau” for several hours. Much more smooth than methylphenidate ever was for me. No appetite, my stomach almost feels light, as if it’s not there. I have actually lost about 20 pounds on the medication.

(T:10:00): I start to notice my concentration breaking at moments, but for the most part I am still able to get done most task with ease. I hold that euphoric feeling for several more hours than the medicine is actually supposed to be effective.
(T:12:00-14:00): My concentration is mostly residual at this point and I find myself spacing out. I will be getting a medication soon to counteract this, most likely Adderall or other comparable substances. The euphoria and social interests are still very much present at this point and I find that I still have large amounts of energy.
(T:16:00): The medication has completely worn off by now. I still feel energy and comfort in social interactions. Overall I love this medication.
