DOSE: |
.75 g | oral | Mushrooms | (tea) |
Tea | (liquid) |
BODY WEIGHT: | 175 lb |
1-bag of jasmine green tea (light caffeine and easy on stomach)
.75g of dried, ground psilocybin mushrooms (finely ground in coffee grinder)
1tsp sweetener
1oz milk/creamer
Preparation: Place tea into cup, add nearly boiling (160-180F). Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove tea bag and sweetener. Stir until completely mixed.
Add the dried shooms and stir. They don't dissolve but they will take up a bit of the water from the cup and leach a bit of their psychoactive compounds into the liquid.
Wait until the liquid has gotten just above room temperature (5-10 minutes), add a bit of creamer, drink and enjoy.
As a final note: I drink the mushy vegetation at the bottom of the cup as it seems that after about 5-10 minutes that the liquid has cooled, only 40-50% of the psilocybin is in the liquid; the rest is still in the vegetation.
