I'm writing this to make people aware of what can happen. Purchased about what I thought was 0.25g of methamphetamine, still not entirely sure it was though. Had a few other good batches come through. I tested a piece by in bleach and got the characteristic fizz, indicating meth. I had begun to smoke meth about a month before this batch having insufflated before. Loaded up a point in my bedroom and began to take my first hit. Almost instantly after the inhale, I began to feel a dull pain in my right eye. About 30 seconds later, I started to get the characteristic onset of effects. Occasionally I would get the clear stimulated effect, more often than not and on this occasion, there was more drowsiness and feeling of confusion.

After ten minutes or so I thought I should check the eye out in the bathroom mirror. There was a strange redness to both my eyes, similar to Madras Eye, which is a type of bacterial infection. This would continue on for about a week! I still have problems with my eye now. Had a slight eye twitch for close to a year and a half afterwards. Thankfully, this has stopped now, I do still experience some discomfort and have a small mark on my eye. The formation of tears in the eye was also affected. Definitely not worth the substandard effects experienced. If I had known that these effects could occur just from one use of meth, I would not have tried it. I can only hope this report gets published so people can make an objective decision.
