Past Drug Use: Marijuana, Opiates (Various), Benzodiazepines, Soma, Pharmaceuticals (Various) and others I can't remember at this time.

It is 11:45 in the morning following ingestion of 4g of Phenibut at 9pm the night before. I don't usually write reports as similar reports as to my experiences have been written.

I fucked up right now. Based on having read every report on Phenibut I did not anticipate this type of intoxication from this dosage. I am loopy for lack of a better term.

This morning at 10:30am I awoke to sound of someone knocking on my door, which means I missed my alarm. I'm having trouble writing this report if that tells you anything about the strength of this substance based on my dosage. I proceeded to let the guy in to work on my house and then took my dog outside while I proceeded to smoke my morning cigarrette. it was a Newport. I usually smoke Marlboros and this means it was menthol and I usually smoke non-menthols. I did not realize I was smoking a menthol cigarette until most of the way through it. Point being I was fucked up. I proceeded to fall up the stairs to my deck, which, thank god, is also unlike me. I made it back to my room when I noticed someone was in my house. I had forgotten that I let someone in my door, not a good sign. Fortunately, I remembered before I went into attack mode. The guy working on my house wanted to talk with me before he left and then I went to let my other dog out. Note the dogs don't get along so when my other house mates aren't home I have to care for them separately. Smoking another cigarette so frequently is not something I regularly do but given I was taking the other dog out I decided to. The way I smoke cigarettes is usually very telling of how fucked I am. I smoked very quickly and I didn't notice cold it was outside. Very telling that I am high. I then returned to my room to write this report. Notice I did not accomplish very much between 10:30am and 11:30am.

My memory is very odd at the moment. I can't remember things that just happened, but I remember things that happened the day before very clearly in a random sort of way. I'm experiencing memory echo. I think in the form of words so sentences and phrases I said or heard recently are echoing in my mind. The point is that this substance can be stronger than previous reports had indicated and I strongly advise attempting gradually higher doses. I would be unable to work if I had to right now.
