My history; in 49 years of trying to find a purpose for life I've done everything known to man I could get my hands on, with the exception of a few synthetics and DMT. That being the case, I recently acquired some Borneo red vein Kratom. First time for everything. I've used every opiate I could get and nothing compared to what I was about to feel.

T: 00:00 I took 2 grams of powdered leaf and realizing its was kind of hydrophobic, I boiled some water and poured about 8oz. over the powder, it took some doing but I got it to mix to an even consistency. I drank it down fast as I could and followed with a drink of cold water.

T: 00:15 I wasn't noticing anything so I did the process again with another 2 grams.
T: 00:45 was beginning to notice a slight body load not unlike opiates.
T: 01:00 the high was exactly like a strong opioid trip but much more euphoria, an incredible feeling of warmth and comfort, not unlike feeling safe in my moms arms, or like being in love.

T: 01:45 there is no sign of pain which I have been living with daily since I had a motorcycle accident when I was 25 and had my thigh (femur) replaced with titanium. The sciatic nerve was severed and surgery reattached it, barbarically, and unaligned properly so the nerve didn't grow back correctly and pain, pins and needles was the order of the day for years to come. I've tried everything from aspirin to straight heroin to relieve the pain, opiates work but became an addiction I had to kick, over and over again, but what is this wonderful stuff? Even as I write this the following day, not only am I relatively pain free, I have no desire for opiates or even to redose on Kratom. Have I finally found my miracle? Yes, yes I have.

It's a week later and the nerve pain and joint and back pain is beginning to creep back in, so I dose on 5 grams of RedVein Borneo Kratom. And the euphoria was just as stony as the first time, and after the warmth and comforting feeling faded I was once again pain free, it can't be as simple as a leaf mixed in water once a week, can it, yes, yes it can. I thanked the powers that be for putting such a wonderful tree on this world. I can hike again, play, climb even jump around like a kid again, my face wrinkles from wincing all the time are fading to smile lines. No withdrawals no cravings, once a week 5 grams Kratom and I have my life back again.
