DOSE:
    alpha-PVP
    smoked Cannabis
  20 mg oral 4-HO-MET
BODY WEIGHT: 130 lb
I'll start off by saying I'm a 5'5', 130 pound, female. This is my second experience with 4 HO-MET and both times have been about the same.

I should also preface this by telling you I spent the day at work high on a-PVP ( bad drug don't try it) and lit up some Girl Scout Cookies with a coworker after work. Didn't eat all day due to the stim and dosed 20mg around 2 a.m.

+0:00 dosed and decided to take a quick shower before the come up. The last time I tried it, it took about 20 minutes to come on, so I make it fast.

+0:10 I did not account for the fact that I hadn't eaten for the day. It hits hard and fast while I'm in the shower. Huge body high, like waves crashing against me, and instant nausea. I remember the come up being bad last time and get out and sit down on the side of the tub for awhile.

+0:20-0:45 I spent this time in complete agony. It was like a constant state of overstimulation. My entire body just felt like it was either on fire or ice cold, I couldn't tell. And I couldn't tell what I needed to do to help it. My temperature was through the roof and I was sweating. Severe psychedelic hallucinations. Lots of buzzing electric shapes and colors that moved like they were alive. I couldn't tell up from down. I was nauseous and my legs were cramping and I wondered if I was allergic or overdosing. And then I threw up. 4 times. Only bile and coffee and probably most of the drug. God awful feeling but it got me to a good state.

+0:45-3ish? The next couple hours are blurry. My thoughts are faster than I can sort through. I think a lot about physics and energy. I also think for awhile that I am somehow controlling the gravity around me by the way I am laying. For example, if I laid on my stomach, gravity was normal, but if I laid on my back gravity was reversed and I would have to hang on to the couch or I would float away, haha. Visually things are very pleasing lots of orange and blue and purple. I think that I'm seeing the energy in the air. I notice that my cats have different auras surrounding them and I try for awhile to try and understand the colors before giving up. Sounds are really off but I can't really decide exactly how.
Sounds are really off but I can't really decide exactly how.
It's almost like a constant Doppler effect but nothing is moving. Like I can hear the sound waves approaching me and leaving. I was really creative during this time tried to write a lot of poetry but couldn't physically write it all down.

+3:00-6:00- hallucinations subside in waves. They keep coming back harder than I'm expecting them too and it gets a little annoying.

+6:00-12:00-I'm left feeling really dopey for the rest of the day. I'm not tired even though I haven't slept in a couple days. I have no appetite but it doesn't really bother me that much.

Altogether, I'm still not really sure how I feel about 4-HO-MET. I seem to have a much stronger reaction to it than most people. I'd say the highs were high but the lows were real low. I'd probably do it again at a smaller dosage.
