The first time I did it was driving in a car through Kansas late at night. After getting past a certain point a very strong vibrational energy enters my appendages and face making my fingers a facial features 'tighten' and tingle, very strange. It doesn't feel bad, the feeling reminds me of when I would take too big of a hit of smoke as a younger man and a chronic coughing attack would ensue except there was only the same sensation in my face never my hands and never quite so strong as when this method is practiced.
The second time I tried this I went for a longer period of time and noticed auditory changes in perception and more physiological ones as well, very similar to the beginning of a hit of nitrous oxide. That is when I suspected that humans are able to process the nitrogen out of the air into their bodies.
