This product came in crystal form from a reputable source, with shards that look almost identical to meth. It crushes into a fluffy, white crystalline powder. Dosing was a concern for me, because I've seen some trip reports where the user claims to have ingested up to 200mg on their first use, while the PsychonautWiki lists doses between 5-30mg. So, I decide to do the right thing and start with the lower doses.
00:00: Insufflated 15mg.
00:01: No immediate effects. I've seen some people report a 'rush' similar to that of cocaine and there certainty wasn't any of that going on.
00:15: Parachuted 10mg.
00:30: I'm starting to feel the most slight euphoria and a bit more motivation.
01:00: The euphoria never went any higher than a slight hint, but my drive and motivation has increased. I feel a tiny bit of jaw clenching coming on.
01:30: I looked in the mirror and noticed extreme pupil dilation, just like with amphetamines.
03:00: I got lost in an internet rabbit hole and haven't even begun to work... that always happens to me on stimulants. The drive and motivation is still here, but my irritability is very high at the moment - worse than that from amphetamines. I am extremely annoyed by insignificant things. I'm going to try and start working right now.
04:00 Getting some work done, but beginning to lose focus and not only do I feel like it is wearing off, but I actually am beginning to feel very tired despite having gotten a full night sleep, and it still being the middle of the day.
04:30 It is wearing off for sure. Still agitated, not much motivation anymore.
04:30 It is wearing off for sure. Still agitated, not much motivation anymore.
05:00 Feeling terrible - mainly exhausted and highly agitated.
05:15 I need this to stop, taking a light benzo.
06:00 That benzo did its job, and stopped what was becoming a pretty bad time. It's time to get some sleep and reflect on this with a clearer head.
Here is my take after having a few days to reflect:
First, I'm extremely thankful I decided to start at such low dosages. If you don't have a scale that can measure in milligrams, or if your Isopropylphenidate doesn't come pre-dosed from a reputable source, then you should not be messing with it. I cannot even imagine what would have happened if I had taken a crazy dose like the 200mg you'll see mentioned in some reviews online.
The experience starts off with some very desirable stimulant effects that quickly devolve in to irritability and exhaustion. I don't think it was worth it. I know everyone reacts differently to things, and I can kind of see what some people get out of it. For me though, when it comes to stimulants, I think I'll be sticking to amphetamines.
