Itchiness and Nausea Are Definitely Not Worth It
Tramadol with Acetaminophen

DOSE:
75 mg oral Pharms - Tramadol (pill / tablet)
650 mg oral Acetaminophen (pill / tablet)
BODY WEIGHT: 62 kg
First Last Experience w Tramadol

I have a few pills containing 37.5 mg of tramadol and 325 mg of paracetemol (also known as acetaminophen) and decided to take two this afternoon out of curiosity. Prior to this, I have used the following substances: alcohol, marijuana (herb/weed and hash), oxazepam, alprazolam and codeine+paracetemol (via cold water extraction).

I had lunch at around 14h (2PM) and had a nap from 15h (3PM) to almost 17h (5PM). I ate a few corn snacks and then took the pills. My stomach wasn't empty but also not ideally full...

• 17:00h - took 2 pills, so the total dose is 75 mg of tramadol and 650 mg of paracetemol. I wish I didn't have to take the acetaminophen but information online regarding cold water extraction and tramadol is scarce plus 650mg of paracetemol is below the recommended limit of 1000mg taken in 24 hours.

• 17:25h - I wasn't sure if was placebo but I started feeling slightly dreamy and numb

• 17:40h - yup, something was definitely going on. It felt very similar to being high on codeine, albeit less potent.

• 18:30h - I enjoyed my high sitting down browsing the internet and listening to music. Not something out of this world but still a pleasant experience with no apparent downsides.

• 19:00h - started feeling like doing something rather than passively browsing, so I started making a DJ mix of various tracks and even went as far as editing and remixing one of them for the heck of it. I have experience in the past with DJing and music editing but it's not something I do commonly so this eagerness surprised me.

• 19:30h - I was having fun and felt all cosy and numb, sitting down letting my creativity out

• 21:00h - by then I was done with music and only noticed how 2 hours passed by without me checking in between... I wasn't hungry but my stomach was practically empty so I went for dinner

• 21:10h - as I was eating I noticed my body started getting itchy, which alerted me. I thought if could be simply because I need to wash myself, but then also considered it might have been my body reacting to the pills, as a few weeks ago I had tried codeine+paracetemol and woke up the next day feeling extremely itchy and scratching my whole body.

• 21:20h - I decided to take a nice and hot 41 ēC shower. As I was inside the shower cabin I noticed the itchiness was not going away and reached the conclusion it was the pills doing that... fortunately it was bearable unlike the previous itch with codeine.

• 21:30h - I usually take 20-30 minutes to shower so the fact I was ready in just a bit over 10 minutes surprised me. I guess it was because of the focusing on mostly cleaning myself rather than thinking (something I do so much in the shower, to the point of getting carried away and spending ages there). My nose was particularly numb and my body and head felt light.

• 21:35h - I felt tremendous relief as I passed the towel around my body and got dressed. By now I could feel the high fading away and the bad effects taking place.....

• 22:00h - I was fully normal by then and felt the same nausea I had before when taking this much paracetemol in a single dose, albeit not strong enough to make me want to vomit this time. The itch, mostly on my stomach, back and arms was getting annoying but again, definitely not as bad as before.

I am glad I decided not to take the 3rd pill or else things could've (and probably would've) gone completely downhill. It was being great up until the itchiness and nausea kicked in.

I don't regret the experience; however, I decided that this was the last time I took tramadol + paracetemol. If I get it next time without paracetemol, I will consider taking it again. The itchiness and nausea are definitely NOT worth it.
