Oxytocin Gone Wrong

I took two sprays in the day, two at night and two the next day as a friend had said that these sprays can help encourage connection.

It has been quite the opposite for me. I have experienced feelings of fear, distrust with my partner where there was none before, feelings of terror at small interactions, baggage from years ago coming back up, and general worry about the future and my capability to handle it. This is all very out of the blue and I'm terrified by it, to be honest. It has been 4 days.
