So I've been taking Prozac (100mg) since I was about 15 for OCD. It helps a lot during the day, but when I lay down to sleep I couldnt, my intrusive thoughts would stop me. Well I got really tired (pun not intended) of not sleeping so I went to my doctor and he gave me Zopiclone to take before bed. I usually take it while in bed getting ready to sleep but I'm not going to do that tonight. I'm going to take it and fight the sleep and see what sort of experience I have with it.

T 0:00 - Took the pill. Tastes like I'm swallowing pennies.
T 0:10 - Out in the kitchen trying to make some food before bed, when I stand up and walk around I seem to be very clumsy
T 0:30 - Sat down to my computer to watch some youtube. I have really bad hiccups now. I'm feeling really relaxed and chill. When I breathe in though I can still taste the bitter taste in my mouth.
T 0:40 - I can't stop yawning, I'm going to outside and have a smoke.
T 0:45 - Still feeling really wobbly when I get up and walk. My mind feels really quiet, and peacefull. I really want to go to sleep now but I'm going to stay up a bit longer.
T 1:10 - my eyes feel very heavy. I'm going to actually sleep tonight.

PROS:
- Quiets my mind
- Relaxed
- Feelings of warmth and comfort
- Sleepiness

CONS:
- Food tastes bitter
- Water tastes very bitter
- Breathing tastes bitter
- Non stop yawning.
