I’ve been doing Methamphetamine for several years at this point and I wanted to describe how much each batch can vary in quality. Hopefully this will serve as a warning to readers: be careful with each new bag you score, you should always start slow and see how it feels. Sometimes I get really clean, pure shit, and those are the best times. In some ways those are the worst times because they make me love the drug and justify my addiction. But most of the time the shit I end up getting is not great and on a rare occasion it will be fucked up in mysterious ways, and these are the times that make me want to give up the drug entirely.

As with any drug that is made by people who don’t always know what they’re doing, Methamphetamine can be made wrong. By this I mean there are tons of insane chemicals that go in to its manufacturing and unless the cook is extremely well trained or an actual chemist who truly understands each step in the process, he/she is likely to make mistakes which can lead to any of these various chemicals being present in the bag you scored. People have died of lead poisoning from one bag, to name an example of the worst possible outcome.

I’ve never gotten anything soaked in a hyper-toxic chemical like lead but I’ve had bad experiences that have varied quite a bit from each other. Sometimes I think it’s just cut really bad and not very strong but maybe there’s a lot of caffeine cause I feel my heart pumping but none of the usual effects. Other times I think some or a lot of the ephedrine isn’t fully converted to methamphetamine. Some batches give me a weird high; jittery, not clean or enjoyable at all and sometimes intensely uncomfortable physically, emotionally, or both. I think the presence of anologues could be responsible for these experiences or possibly adulterants like caffeine in strong doses.

I’ll say that whether a bad batch is bad because it has gnarly chemicals left over from a sloppy manufacturing process or if it’s infused with “relatives” to meth (which can happen also from sloppy manufacturing and also intentionally to cut the batch), the mental effect of each bag I get can be pretty different. Sometimes it makes me feel crazy and hurts my relationships because I get socially very weird with people. Other times it’s amazing. Sometimes, rarely but still, it feels like I poisoned myself.

Also the strength can very a lot. Some batches are very strong and a tiny amount gets me super high for a long time whereas some batches are cut badly and I need a half gram to get the same effect. But a half gram of pure meth would surely make me feel like I was going to die, so please be very careful. I think I know how the drug works until it fucks me and I wish I’d never done it.

If you can get it prescribed, that is best of course ;) otherwise I recommend avoiding it but if you’re like me and you crave it anyways just be smart and don’t forget your “safety procedure” before each new batch. Stay safe!
