10:07am | + 0:07 - Coffee (avg 95mg Caffeine)

10:58am | + 0:58 - Very slight feeling of calm, + Possible minor improvement in audio clarity, + Nice Back Shivers. (May just because it's a little cold)

11:37am | + 1:37 - Not much has changed since 10:58. Having a shower, will report back after. Still hoping for greater effects.

12:02pm | + 2:02 - Back from the shower now. During the shower I noticed an increased euphoric effect similar to Xanax without the 'not give a fuck' attitude and perhaps a bit more pronounced. Much increased relaxation, also similar to Xanax however not completely numb for example I can still feel my body and it hasn't been numbed completely like Xanax did to me. I also noticed that I have no depressing thoughts. I can think about work and not get depressed (I work at mcdonalds currently). I also feel more driven to get things sorted such as my washing which I put in the machine before my shower.

12:11pm | + 2:11 - Music has definitely improved just like other Phenibut users have reported. Listening to a Music Video that I like was great, I felt immersed in the video as well as extremely focused on the lyrics.

12:16pm | + 2:16 - I just noticed my sense of smell has also slightly increased. I could smell my own perspiration which I usually never smell which reminded me to use some spray. Now I'm going to kick back and enjoy playing some Oblivion on my last day off before work. Will report back soon.

1:37pm | + 3:37 - I think the effects are a little less however I am sitting still and noticed when moving around, interacting and doing things make me notice the effects a lot more. I still feel fatigue while on this chemical whereas on Xanax I did not until the effects wore off. However on Xanax I felt much more cloudy & sleepy, but on Phenibut I feel unaffected in that way. I still feel mentally sharp, no cloudy mind/vision and I'm not sleepy.

1:50pm | + 3:50 - I just wanted to say that music is amazing on this substance, if anything stands out the most with Phenibut it's the enhancement of music and appreciation of music without a doubt however I don't mean to demean the other effects as they are surely present.

3:41pm | + 5:41 - No longer feeling much if any of the effects anymore.

Overall was an enjoyable experience. I will be experimenting further with this substance and am well aware it has the potential for abuse as well as severe withdrawal possibilities. Therefore I am going to be responsible with my usage.
