My Experience With Effexor Before/After Pot

So I started Effexor before I ever did pot.

On Effexor I felt the following with 225mg at the time:
--Heightened sensation of almost everything: Things felt like velvet.
--Change in orgasms: I would have multiple orgasms which felt freakin great! I would feel nearly high when this happens too. I assume it's the boost of dopamine. Best way to describe the sensation I felt a pre-orgasm then after that an uncontrollable spasm at the base of the shaft. it's now gone as I got to use to it.
--Loss of sexual interests: I know one symptom is the loss of sexual appetite. Usual sex just doesn't get me as excited anymore but I don't know if this was due to anxiety or my possible addiction to porn.
--Easy to withdraw: If I miss my dose by an hour or more I get immediate brain zaps that sap my energy. I also feel emotional, get cold sweats, shaking, fatigue yet unable to sleep and feel like I might go into a seizure.
--Robotic feeling on higher doses: Causes DR/DP (derealization and depersonalization).

Effexor at 150mg (now) with pot on more than one occasion:
--Dry heaving: I noticed with high THC I start to dry heave in high amount. I have yet to actually vomit.
--Heart palpitations/high heat rate: I feel like I'd be having a drop in blood pressure or an anxiety attack yet calmer than an actual one. It definitely helps wake me up in small doses. Too much will cause the issue the dry heaving as said above.
--Possibly dampened effects: I still get the tired eye high feeling sometimes but it's never the typical high I hear about. I only once had a high like that and it was my first time. All other times while not being CBD I feel dehydrated and get a headache.

I might be getting off this due to it not being as effective for my depression and higher doses just make me feel robotic and forced DP/DR.
