For at least the last 5 years now so long as I've been able (meaning not incarcerated, or unable to obtain any of the above listed substances), which is RARE. This has been my morning ritual, or whatever time it happens to be when I first wake up for the day.

I immediately take a half of a Xanax 2mg bar, to prevent anxiety and withdrawal symptoms. This usually leaves me in a mildly sedated state, so I counteract that effect by smoking usually roughly, .3g's of crystal stretched out over about 2 or 3 hours of the beginning of my day. While doing this I'm preparing my wakeup shot of black tar heroin which usually consists of about 20$ worth or .3g's to be more accurate. This is now, after over 10 years of using, mostly to keep withdrawal symptoms at bay , but I can't deny I still love what little high I do obtain from it especially on the days where I'm lucky enough to find a suitable vein to inject in and catch a solid rush & nod. This cocktail although it may sound a little extreme, as far as self medicating goes, balances me out well. So much so that I'm able to function as a human on nearly all levels and my health isn't nearly as bad as one would think. I eat, poop, drink plenty of water, bathe, and my sexual drive is if anything amplified which is a bonus of course.

With each of the 3 chemicals I've listed I dabble in a little bit more of each one throughout the day until it's time for bed then it's one 5mg dose of alprazolam so I don't seize up in my sleep and call it a night! I'm not recommending this mixture to anyone as it could easily lead to death especially if a person aren't experienced with mixing chemicals or if they haven't built a certain level of tolarence. I just wanted to share what struggles I have to deal with now at the age of 31 due to years of drug usage and how its affecting me.
