It is worth mentioning that this was the first time that I used this plant. I smoked 200mg of 5x extract through a bong on a park bench as the sun was setting.

The extract burnt very easily as it was finely ground, making it very easy to inhale all in one go. I inhaled and held my breath for approximately 10 seconds before feeling anything at all, then suddenly I felt a surge of some some sort of energy travelling through my head. At this point I knew I was going to be very high. This energy got increasingly intense for what felt like 5 seconds, at which point I left the plane of existence I had known all my life.

For the next 30 seconds, I dont know what happened or where I went. I dont remember going anywhere at all for that matter. After this, my vision (or at least my ability to process what my eyes were looking at) started to return. I saw my two friends sitting on the bench. At this point I had what felt like a profound realisation... my thought process went something like this:

''Those are my friends from that one dimension… oh yeah, that’s the dimension that I lived in for 18 years without realising that you can exist outside of it. Guess I have to go back to that place now.’'

I found this thought hysterical and started laughing hard for a solid minute while I was coming down, I think simply because of how odd and impossible such a realisation actually is. The only way I have been able to interpret this thought is by concluding that I experienced whatever it feels like to not exist... or at least to exist nowhere rather than somewhere.

The next 20 minutes were fairly uncomfortable. I was trying to extract as much as I could from what I had been through to little avail. I really had no clue what to take away from the experience; it just seemed too detached from reality. My head felt somewhat 'foggy' during this time period and even afterwards to a lesser extent. The next morning my mind felt perfectly clear again.

In conclusion, it is clear to me that my ventures with Salvia will not finish here - there is more to experience with this collection of chemicals. I also think that I may not have taken enough. I have also heard that at higher doses, these experiences are more profound and that you go 'somewhere rather than nowhere'... I for sure want to test this for myself.
