I had an uncommon experience with DMT. Since the last time (2 months ago) I have a headache that doesn’t go away. I have tried DMT around 4 times. The first time I just took 10mg, the second 20mg. The third time was around 30 mg and there I had an unwanted effect that I physically could identify. As I took the third puff I had some dreamy hallucinations without breaking through, at the same time I had the feeling that the left side of my face was slightly paralyzing, this feeling went away as the effect from DMT left. It was an uncommon and uncomfortable feeling, but since it went away I didn’t give so much importance.

Two months after I had the feeling I was prepared for a full dose looking forward to breaking through. I must say as well one week ago before the experience I was at a festival and there I took MDMA, mushrooms, and weed for two days.

Back to that day of the bad trip:
I smoked a joint 3 hours before and then packed 60mg in my Volca evolve. What happened next was pretty scary. At the second puff, It came to the same face feeling as before, but this time was 10 times stronger, extremely painful and I really thought my head was going to explode. A big feeling of paralysis and pain took over the left side of my face and head. This was around 10 seconds and then left slightly. I tried to breathe and calm down and enjoy the amazing visuals I was having at the moment.

As the whole effects from DMT went away this pain on the left side stayed. The next day, I was having strong headaches in my whole head. After one week I went to the doctor and told him about everything. He recommended an MRI and blood tests. I came back 4 weeks later with the results and he told me that he did not find anything wrong.

It has been 2 months since this experience and the pain hasn’t left a single moment since then. The left side of my face is feeling weird, strong pressure behind and in the ear and my eye. My neck is feeling hard.

Also. For 2 years I have a neurological condition in my back (left side), the doctors say is Herpes Zoster. I have the feeling that this has something to do with my headache as if the pain has moved from my back to the head. Curiously the common pain in my back is almost gone since the experience.
