This is my trip report on a total of 80 mg Zolpidem immediate release tablets

T - 0:00 [17:00 hrs 08/17/20] (20 mg)
I take two 10 mg pills (chewed before swallowing). Effects start to kick in within 10 mins of ingesting the drug. Initial effects include; light headedness, relaxation of muscles, slower thought process.

T + 1:30 [18:30 hrs] (50 mg)
I ingest 3 more 10 mg pills (chewed before swallowing) at 17:30. By now I am feeling the full effects of the drug. Effects are as follows:
> Loss of spatial awareness.
> Heightened euphoria
> Mild nausea
> Disorientation.
> Double vision.
> Unable to distinguish letters, numbers, shapes.
> Unable to type on a touch device (minimal typing skills on a mechanical keyboard).
> Memory lapse every few minutes.
> Minimal hand-eye co-ordination.
> Irrelevant speech.
> Loss of physical balance (vertigo imbalance).
> Confused with basic tasks.
> Extremely emotional (Happy, Angry, Sad (alternating within spans of 5-10 mins))

T + 3:00 [20:00 hrs] (80 mg)
I ingest 3 more 10 mg pills (chewed) at 19:00 hrs. The current effects are as follows (post 20:00 hrs):
> Complete loss of coherence.
> Major loss of memory.
> Complete visual distortion (cannot recognize alphabets/numbers).
> Loss of self (unaware of who I am and what I'm doing).
> Unable to communicate (minimal speech; yes, no, nodding).
> 85-90% hallucinations and delusion.
> Uncontrolled sleepiness.

T + 4:00 [21:00 hrs]
At this point I have no memory of what is happening, hence I cannot give a detailed report. I am completely inebriated, and unable to complete any task whatsoever.
I believe I took to sleep at this point. I can confirm that it is impossible to be woken up at this dosage. I was woken up after several attempts by a certain individual at 22:00 hrs. I have absolutely no memory of this, infact this incident remains to be a part of whatever dream state I was in.

T + 15:00 [8:00 hrs 08/18/20]
I wake up from a deep slumber feeling quite disoriented. Plagued with a pulsating headache ranging all over the cranium. Bits and pieces of last night flash into memory with some prompts. Elevated anxiety, anger, depressive thoughts, emotional ups and downs. Low levels of co-ordination and reflexes. Noticed an increase in verbal fluency and articulation. Also a substantial increase in sexual thoughts and drive.


Note - Smoking cigarettes seems to catalyse the effects of the drug, at the same time increases coherence and awareness briefly. My guess is that an increase in blood pressure at that point brings me partially back to my senses.
Cannot say the same about smoking Ganja after Zolpidem. Smoking pot increases the nauseating effects, improves memory recall, reduces reflexes, cancels out the dizzy vertigo loss due to Zolpidem, increases euphoria.
