First, Mild and Pleasant Encounter With 2C-TFM

Fortuitously and fortunately having been able to experience this currently still rare and almost unknown substance 2C-TFM hydrochloride, which was of high purity assessed by NMR, I share a brief summary of the effects encountered during the first experience with 2C-TFM.

Set: curious, excited

Setting: indoors, alone, during a late spring day

No medications used weeks prior this experience.

A dose of 1.7 mg (0.029 mg/kg) was administered orally at 10:15.

First alert noted after 15 min, at +1 after 1 h, peak effects reached at 2 h, come down around 4 h, back at baseline before sixth hour.

Mental and emotional effects:
Fun and joyful mood, as if mildly stoned by weed or mildly alcohol drunk, but without their blurring of mind. Witty word plays, fastened thoughts, out-of-box thinking.

Body temperature fluctuations.

Somewhat typical psychedelic feelings of mind space, connectivity and knowing.

Brief but apparent awareness and honest, pleasant or unpleasant, perspectives on self/ego and shadow aspects.

Compassion and comprehension of mother-daughter relationships, love for firstborn child.

Potential time space for considering long-term actions, and clarifying intentions and directions, ascertaining own responsibility.

Overall: at a higher +1.5 by Shulgin scale.

Summary: Substantially pleasant state and interesting sensations, but not in full unfolding and intensity at this level. For curiosity and unspecifiable intuition - this material is inviting to be explored further.
