I was surprised to see how similar these crystals were to raw MDMA in appearance. Somebody that didn't know any better could lose their mind making a simple mistake in dosing. Aware of the high potency of PCP and its analogues, I scaled out 30mg of 3-HO-PCP with a calibrated milligram scale and dissolved it into 15ml of high proof whiskey. With this solution, a full 1ml dropper would equal 2mg. I ate dinner and then waited about 3 hours, as I've had awful gastrointestinal distress from taking DXM orally with a completely full or empty stomach. I assumed PCP analogues would affect my stomach similarly and erred on the side of caution.
0:00 - I took a half a dropper (1MG) as an allergy test and a way to gauge how potent this stuff really is. I let it sit under my tongue until the alcohol burn was too much to bear and I washed it down with some water. There is no distinct chemical taste, likely due to the fact I used high proof bourbon as a solvent which has a very distinct taste. I am nervous and excited for this new dissociative experience as I wait for any effects.
+0:50 - I feel a slight warm, relaxing feeling but not quite and dissociation. I had a very high dissociative tolerance at this time

+1:20 - I take a 2mg redose orally as I am underwhelmed by the effects of only 1mg. My friends have arrived at this point and are intrigued by the 3-HO-PCP but not inclined to try any as they have a low dissociative tolerance.
+1:40 - I feel almost entactogenic effects, socializing with my friends feels very similar to when I've taken MDMA. Stimulation is noticeable, before I felt any effects kick in I was quite tired. By this point I was wide awake and no longer yawning, though it did not feel like an amphetamine-like speed. More like I just lost the ability to be tired. Incredibly slight closed-eye visuals are noticeable, though I have HPPD so I sometimes get CEVs without any drugs. I'm beginning to notice a very slight distortion to reality, almost like a fisheye effect, which is typically what I experience from DXM or Ketamine. At this point I'm a bit nervous about redosing further because the effects are getting noticeably stronger when my redose likely hasn't hit. I decide to just let the redose kick in and see how I feel.
+2:30 - Feeling incredible at this point. Physically relaxed, mentally stimulated, very social, and not nearly as impaired as I'd expect from Ketamine or DXM. Not quite heavily dissociated yet, though the social buzz and stimulation is a nice feeling. I decide it's time to redose.
+2:35 - 2mg oral redose
+2:50 - 2mg oral redose
+3:20 - Now the dissociation has really set in. Walking is hilarious, my skin feels slightly numb, and I'm getting some nice tracers off of moving objects. The social buzz is incredible, I'm on the autism spectrum and dissociatives always make socializing more natural and help prevent sensory overstimulation. This is the first time I've been this heavily dissociated while still being able to speak completely coherently.

+3:35 - Still not anywhere near the scary and intense experience people portray PCP and its analogues to induce. In my bathroom I become mesmerized by the grid pattern of the tiles on the wall and floor. The pattern recognition aspect of my brain is firing on all cylinders. My sense of sight is reporting every minute detail to my brain at rapid fire. While my mind is in high gear, my body has slowed to a crawl. I am not sedated enough that I am noticeably impaired, but it is still a stark contrast to how wired my mind is.
+:3:40 - I decide to snort a very small crystal (fluctuated between 1-2mg on my scale) for the hell of it. Effects still are nowhere near overwhelming so I decide to see how it feels to insufflate 3-HO-PCP. The amount of powder is so miniscule that I barely noticed, it felt like doing the tiniest bump of Ketamine ever.
+4:40 - 3mg oral redose. Effects have essentially plateaued for the past hour or so.
+5:20 - Feeling very giggly and euphoric as the latest redose takes effect. I'm experiencing visuals that consist of patterns that look like a transparent overlay over my entire field of vision, almost resembling blotter paper. I have a slight feeling almost as if I am being pulled through a vortex or a funnel. In reality I have been sitting on my couch playing Dark Souls 3 with my friends. There is a sense of clarity in both my vision and mental state, though I am heavily dissociated at the same time. The "comfy" feeling I get from dissociatives is very much present, almost every physical sensation is pleasurable. I cannot find a sitting position that is uncomfortable in this state. Body load is almost nonexistent compared to DXM. I don't feel fully sedated or "doped out."
+6:10 - 3mg oral redose
+6:15: Incredibly euphoric, content with life, and empathetic towards others. I feel so energized despite the intense dissociation.
+6:20 - 1mg oral redose. My last dose of the night as I still want to sleep. It's 2:30AM at this point and I know I'll be riding this remaining experience for at least another 4 hours before I could possibly sleep. Impressed by the entactogenic effects I've been having all night. Visuals are textbook dissociative distortions but not as intense as I'd expect at this point. Might have something to do with my slow and repeated dosing as well as my high tolerance to dissociatives.
+7:10 - Once again the effects have essentially plateaued. I feel a spinning/gyrating sensation when I close my eyes, though it's not necessarily unpleasant in the way that spins from alcohol are. I'm still stimulated, it feels like I am at the energy level I'd expect in the early afternoon despite the fact it's about 3:30AM at this point.
+7:15 - It feels as if the universe is giving me a gentle hug. Every sensory aspect of my mind and body is incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Fluidity of motion has been enhanced, almost like frame-rate interpolation on a TV. My mind has been smoothing together any gaps in objects' motion.
+7:30 - My skin is quite numb, similar to a high dose of Ketamine or a 3rd plateau DXM trip. Reheated a leftover burrito from earlier in the day and had no trouble eating whatsoever. Spicy foods taste bitter instead for some odd reason. Drinking water is a bit strange, I have a similar throat feel to when I would drink water during high dose DXM trips.
+8:00 - Winding down a bit. My friends are getting tired and beginning to get ready to crash on the couch/floor in my living room. I retire to my room to let the rest of the trip unfold and see how easily I will fall asleep. The keyboard on my phone looks like it's made of actual 3-dimensional layers of buttons, though the effect is very subtle if I try to focus too much on it. I've experienced zero gastrointestinal distress during this trip, a stark contrast to my DXM experiences that often resulted in nausea and/or diarrhea. 3-HO-PCP taken orally, in responsible doses, feels like a warmer and comfier DXM trip with much more mental clarity and stimulation. I never felt like I was drunk or about to pass out, I had tons of energy the entire trip. I continued to lay in bed and have introspective thoughts until I eventually fell asleep as the effects dwindled.
+ 15:20 - I wake up a little before noon, feeling no negative effects. The afterglow is very slight, stronger than ketamine's nearly nonexistent afterglow but nowhere near as intense as DXM's alien-feeling afterglow that persists well into the next day for me. Feeling refreshed, a bit underwhelmed, but appreciative of this substance's effects at low doses.
This was a great experience for me and it really changed my perspective on PCP and its analogues. I can see how this experience could ramp up into something scary if somebody took too much, but with proper dosing, set and setting, and experience, this substance offers a unique and enjoyable dissociative experience. I was using it in a social setting so I was mainly just chatting and hanging out with friends, but I could see how solo trips would be very introspective. Definitely will try this substance again, it may be my new favorite dissociative but only time will tell. Anyone out there who decides to try it themselves, PLEASE be careful. Do not exceed 8-10mg in a 6 hour period or you may experience manic/psychotic effects. Be safe, be smart, and treat your brain with respect!
With love,
Dr. Pepsican Fizzydrink
