First time trying nutmeg after reading positive reports on health effects (in particular as antioxidant). Low dose with 1 nutmeg ground into yoghurt at 6pm. Taste is not very pleasant. After 30 minutes, some visual effects, such as light tracers. Dry mouth. Absolutely no gastric effects noticed (no constipation whatsoever). Went to bed around 9pm and fell into a deep and pleasant sleep.

Next day big family gathering. I felt like I was stoned, but no one could notice it. Very calm, peaceful and relaxed inside (more than usual) and apparently no changes perceivable by anyone. Higher awareness to others, increased empathy during the social event. Very nice experience. Effects lasted for about 48 hours with 1 nut.
