DOSE:		oral	Alcohol	(daily)
	180 mg	oral	Methadone	(daily)

BODY WEIGHT:

190 lb

Long time maintenance on methadone for 6 years. Drank 30 12Oz Beers Or a 1.75 Lt 40% Or 7x @6 Oz bottles of wine and 180mg Methadone. I got up to 15 miles a day walking to the corner store or town to get EtOH. I also had a small farm with livestock and seasonal cultivation. As soon as I didn't have to walk for Beer. Got less done at home until I had to vomit my fourth beer each afternoon when I woke because I took the MTD at 6a and sleep.

Eventually, I started drinking more potent EtOH without the fizz or foam. I started feeling no pain but strange feelings in my chest. Nothing more than if you had a problem and created it in your head. This happened until I finally went to ER with proteins that indicated I had a recent problem.

This happened again at the same time I would feel sick 40 minutes after my last drink and start vomiting bile. The vomiting got worse and I left the hospital against heavy advisement.

By the time my doctor at the methadone clinic got to read some of my charts deeper. After he read deeper to see my BAC level and it came time to dose. I got a breathalyzer and blew above 0.0 and the Dr took my take-home privileges when the clinic was 40 miles away. It was my worst nightmare without transportation daily. I dosed that day and drove home. Got the feeling strong In my chest while in a separate panic attack. First wanted to stop at home before going to ER and fill some water bottles with 4Loko, but it got stronger, and just went to ER at triage with a hand stethoscope listen to my heart who got a registered nurse (BLESS HER) who listened and brought me to a bed and put a defibrillator vest on me and gave a shot of valium which stopped the alcohol sickness. I asked are you going to shock me "not if we don't have to" said RN. I lay back to enjoy not feel crappy with the valium working and I fell asleep and awoke quickly in shock that felt like suddenly waking can. Dr. After Dr, and nurses with the crash cart. I was medically dead of Cardiac Arrest for a minute. No images or dreams just unaware lapse of time with a before and after.

It was hell without Alcohol I got a substitute for methadone then methadone again but puking mostly until I admitted to how big my EtOH problem was and got Benzos. I am still on methadone, benzodiazepines. No alcohol at all.
