I'm sitting outside waiting for my online church to start. My chest is a little sore from a workout yesterday. Birds are singing and the day seems lovely so far.

Listening to Church. Understanding the message and feeling more in tune with everything. A slight tingle in the brain. I even thought about folding clothes and playing basketball outside the house. Nothing crazy so far but added a cup of coffee to the mix for synergistic effects.

(T+0:30)
My heart rate is normal, but I do feel quite sharp. My breathing is slightly more rapid and I feel like exploring a conversation about scripture with my roommate.

I feel more capable of writing and active listening simultaneously. Reading is linear and I sweep over sentences as if simply scanning.

Just had a deep conversation with my roommate about therapy, depression, pharmacology, and research chemicals. I always get the same reaction when talking about these subject points which are "That's some interesting shit". I do not feel anything less or more than 30 minutes prior, but this substance seems to be working behind the scenes so to speak.

Took another 100mg. I am feeling very thankful. Thankful to have life, thankful to learn, thankful for my living situation. Thankful to have a job and thankful to have made it out of the depths of depression. Life is far from perfect but I'm overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude for the things I do have. I tried to lay down, but was a little restless. Got some clothes started in the wash and decided to go out for a walk.

I walked to the park, and unbeknownst to me, a buddy of mine was in a hammock meditating. I'm currently laying on the ground chatting with him about life and our futures. I'm feeling calm and quite happy. The nature around me is soothing.

(T+3:00)
Leaving the park to head home and get ready for work. I'm feeling quite normal, but on the high end. I'm still happy, less worried about outside factors, talkative but not overly chatty and very appreciative of the life I'm living. Physical and mental energy are slightly above average. The clarity I'm feeling is awesome. My next update will be when I either redose or later in the evening once settled into work. I'm very interested how I will manage my tasks.

+100mg
Alright so I see what the hype is about with Phenylpiracetam. I did all my work and caught up in a mere 2 hours with steady focus and productivity. There were a few times where I was thrown a hurdle but simply readjusted to the situation and pushed forward. No bad side effects to speak of, people are being friendly and kind to me. Verbal fluency is increased and I'm very peaceful. Might dose one last time to really see the capabilities of Phenylpiracetam but other than that I'm experiencing no come down or unpleasantness.

(T+8:30)
Very introspective. Thinking about life and how I can change as a man. Music sounds louder after 300mg. Temper seems more even and tasks are effortless. Reflexes are upscaled at this point. I'm not tired and almost feel as if I could work another shift. Jaw clenching is less than mild and I still smile even though I'm hyper focused on work.

Overall Thoughts:
I'm very surprised by the effectiveness of Phenylpiracetam. It not only boosted my energy but my mood and ability to focus as well. The walk home from work seemed shorter than usual and oddly enough I'm not drained like I normally am after a long day at work. My manager even commented that I was walking with a strut and said I'm cool for what that's worth. All in all a good day and a great experience I would definitely try again.
