I went to an all-night party; planned to take MDMA for the first time with a friend who has taken it before and was prepared to support me. They made the pill--.2 in a capsule. I took the pill at around 1145 pm and had 2 light beers starting at 10:30. Going into it, I was excited, ready to dance, and a little nervous, but more about dancing in public, not taking molly.
We got to the party and I didn’t feel anything; at about 1245 pm-1 am; they asked me how I was feeling. I said fine, but wasn’t feeling what they had described–euphoria/happiness. They asked me if I wanted to dab–dip my finger in the bag of crystals, rub it on my gums. They were doing dabs; I gave it a shot. I had also taken a couple of hits off of my friend’s weed vape. I’ve never done that either, so I don’t know if that had any effect.
About 10 minutes after that, it hit. I felt like I had to poop so left the dance floor; I was dizzy walking back. As I got to the back, there were benches and I felt like I was going to throw up, so then I sat down. Then I did throw up in the trashcan next to the benches; just a little liquid, and just sat. I’m not sure how long I sat for, though. Someone came back and sat by me; I asked them if they would put their hand on my shoulder, like for grounding. The party had security and staff; and I did notice a couple of them come stand near me, kind of keeping watch, which felt reassuring.
The nausea went away, but I still didn’t feel steady on my feet, and also felt a little anxious. My friend came back and sat with me; they started rubbing my arms and hugging me. I drank a bottle of fruit juice, and then water. I just sat there, probably for an hour, and then finally got up to the dance floor. And then I danced for probably 4 hours. I drank 2 more bottles of water.
I didn’t feel the euphoria people talk about; but I did feel disconnected from my body, kind of like I was just watching myself dance.

We left the party at 7 am; and I felt fine, mostly just happy about the experience. When I got home, I drank a cup of water, had some peanut butter toast and fell asleep on the couch. It took a couple of days for my appetite to come back.
I didn’t know what comedown or comeup meant; the day after, I didn’t really feel like eating anything and mostly just drank water. Then I started to look online and talked to my friend; they said I should just eat something–fruits, veggies, chicken.
The comedown was ok on the first day, but it’s 4 days in, and I feel nauseous and have been burping a lot. I’ve been sleeping fine, but also just feel out of sorts, is the best way I can describe it. Almost like a low-grade hangover; headache-y, and it’s been a bit hard to focus, but a lot of that is because I’m worrying about how I feel and am now focused on that. I feel like I’m getting better each day, but it’s slow.
I did call my friend after to learn more about the dosage; they said they made a pill on a points scale so .2 (so I think that means 200 mg) and then I honestly don’t know how much I rubbed on my gums.
