Not Drinking Alcohol for One Day

This is a something I feel when I do not have alcohol. I have been drinking 750-1000ml every single day-- but I do live in Texas, and for the last 2 days (as someone who used to do meth) I have not slept. I drank tonight. I still don't feel like sleeping. I took some PMs. I really hope it doesn't hurt my body. But after doing this for 3-4 months straight-- the nights I don't have alcohol are incredibly hard. I cannot sleep, I am very suspicious.
