Hello, I'm 23 years old. I live in Eastern Europe. I've read about approx. 400 trip reports ranging from research chemicals to well-known psychoactives, plants, and pharmaceuticals. My English isn't very good, so bear with me.

Slight psychological info about me:
I have been feeling depressed for 3 years now since I have been repressing my hate and anger. Before that, I was a very happy person yet still healthy and athletic. I do feel a slight schizo type of mood (anxious thoughts, delirious thoughts, and slight visual snow yet barely noticeable, possibly triggered from past weed smoking, which threw me into a panic attack), an obsessive type of behavior, slow cognition, and low attention.

Dosage range of each compond:
Coluracetam 20 - 30 mg approx, Caffeine 70 - 150 mg, 5-HTP 400 - 600 mg, Omega 3 fatty acid 5 - 10ml, Melatonin 1.8 – 3.6 mg

I consume omega 3 fatty acid one tablespoon, 5-htp 600 mg and about 4 mg of melatonin combined with vitamin B6 daily.
I think that omega-3 fatty acid have improved my cognitivity a bit but 5-HTP and melatonin almost does nothing, except that maybe melatonin makes me slow and hard to wake my brain up the next morning and makes me sleep a lot longer, which I don't need.

I decided I needed nootropic so I bought Coluracetam, the racetam family of drugs that works on acetylcholine receptors, etc.
I consume about approximately 20 or 30 mg (strong/heavy dose) of Coluracetam daily and Caffeine with approx 150 mg of caffeine or 12.5 grams of ground Arbic coffee (strong/heavy dose) also daily. Usually I consume in the mornings after a light meal. I believe racetams and caffeine have synergestic effects that produce nootropic and stimulating properties simultaneously, which is why I consume them together.

The first day I felt slight nervosness on the 40 min onset of Coluracetam. I assume I don't feel much cuz its similar to coffee in terms of strength/potency.

After about a week I actually have noticed a slight improvement in my cognitive abilities from morning till about 5 pm when the nootropic effects probably starts to wear off, just like I need since it is work hours.

Additional note for 5-hydroxytryptophan, of which I have been using it for about a month and 400 – 600 mg heavy dose I have noticed a slight improvement in my mood and acuity enhancement might be true from my careful observation.

In future after my Coluracetam supply runs out, I plan to use other racetams, such as :
Pramiracetam 500 – 800 mg, 4 – 7 hours
Oxiracetam 1500 – 1800 mg, 8 – 10 hours.
Phenylracetam 100 – 200 mg, 2 – 3 hours.
