I had gotten one pill of Klonopin from a friend who told me it was a lot like Valium. I remember using Valium before, so I say 'Why not?' After school tonight, I had finished my homework, ate, and gulped the pill down with one glass of water. Within 20 minutes, I felt a weight. A weight pulling me down. My chest got a little tight, but probably because I was nervous about trying this new drug. I have used a few drugs before; amphetamine, opioids/opiates, and other benzos such as Xanax, Ativan, and Valium. But even when trying a low dose of a new substance, I get nervous.

I began to grow lightheaded and I had poor muscle control. Meaning it was hard to lift something that isn't all that heavy; such as the telephone. But I managed. I then stumbled into the living room, with full effect of the drug. I sat at the computer and played URU: Ages Beyond Myst. It was hard to play under the influence of this drug, so I quit and my girlfriend called. We talked for a bit, and I could the feel the drowsiness of the Klonopin. It was a pleasant drowsiness very similar to Xanax. When I would lie down, it would feel very good.

All in all, Klonopin is a pretty good benzo. Not my favorite (Valium or Ativan are my fav benzos).

Right now the drowsiness has subsided a bit, but my muscles are hard to work with, especially in my arm. I'll get good rest tonight, and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. I'm sure.
