Well, I just read opiate girl's post, and I agree. There's no rush, but I feel great all day long. I liked her reasons why people say that you don't 'feel' anything on methadone. If 'normal' people don't, oh well. Cause I do. I've been on Methadone for 18 months, and I'm happy as a shit house rat through the day. I couldn't do a damn thing unless I had my dope, and like alot of addicts, I had to hustle just to keep up my habit. No more of that bullshit when I ride the methadone train baby. I pay only $300 a month. That's a habit I can live with. Literally. I have my life back now, and am happier than ever. I will still hit a nice little nod about 90-120 minutes after dosing. Not really bad, I can stay awake if need be, or I can go to sleep, and dream the day away, half here and half out there somewhere. For me, this is having my cake and eating it too.
