Ok...We'll start with the setting/mood.

On a Friday afternoon I crawled out of bed hungover
and feeling like shit when my bass player walked in and
told me our band, ANEURISM, got a last minute spot in a
local annual festival, Gobblefest, wich is a real big deal around here, so we
celebrated by smoking a gram of real shitty home grown.
We did get high but not ripped. After smoking the pot we called
our drummer and told him the good news and told him to come over
to jam for the fest. wich was begining that night.
About an hr. ot 2 went by and I was still a little high...well,
burnt out...We packed up the gear and went to the show.
About an hr before our set about 5:00pm and I franticly seached
for pot, cid, hash or something when someone said they can get
real good Heroin for a good price so I bought a $35 bag and I was set!

The experience!!

About 10 min. before our set I poured about .03g onto a piece
of tin foil from my pack of ciggarettes, lit the bottem of the foil and inhaled the smoke. Meanwhile, my drummer preping a (clean) syringe containing about .012g of heroin to top off the amount I smoked. After I shot that, everything started to get real hazey. I walked on stage not knowing what I was doing or what I was going to do. I was completely numb to everything and nothing at the same time. Now at this point, I was in this intense spaced out relaxed state. We began to play and I was thrashing around. At the end of the first song I looked over the crowd, I freaked!! There was a light blue haze over everything making it near impossible to see the fretboard of my guitar...

I could barley make out the microphone. The next song was a slow heavey depressing stoner song that literaly made me freak. I was definatley noticeably stoned! At this point, I went through something like a black-out. I don't remember a damn thing that happened but I do have a video tape, and I was trashed but playing just fine, accept I was alot more aggressive on the guitar and the mic, but if someone that didn't know me seen the show live or seen the tape would not know the difference! When I 'came to', we had five minutes left to play. We play our demolition song, a real fast, aggressive non-sence piece that we use to get people going. I broke 3 strings, I was thrashing around the stage... well..you would have to see the tape to realy know what happened and experience the experience!

It's about 5 yrs. later and I still smoke it the odd time.
I don't shoot it anymore...Too much of a health risk you know?
