I'm 6ft 3in and 160lb
Well to start this out it was a friday night and I was pretty board after studing ALL week for finals next week to I decited to take it easy and watch a movie(trafic) with a friend, we decited to try somthing new, I obtained two peach colored .5mg Xanax tabs my friend obtained a few ambien (he only took 1.5 10mg tabs). Anaway I had worked out pretty hard and jsut drank a odwalla with protine power a few hours earler so I made sure my stomic was empty.

Note: for 5 days I had for 28hrs of sleep over 5 nights so I pretty tyered alerdy (had been using ritalin this week to study)

40 very relaxed dont really notice that much but when I go to move I just feal me tyered and lazy liek I dont wnat to move
56 ingested 6oz of beer, I feal tyered kinda out of it not really paying attention to movie
66 feal like weights on my eye lids, and extreamly lazy.
--drank the rest of my beer, people jsut talking or wanting ot talk to me jsut me me anoyed because I did not feal liek opning my mouth
--dont have the time after this point for some reasion.

The movie ended sooner than I had thought, my friend had ground up his ambien and drank it with a diet soda a lil while later and he wannted to go back to my doorm room to get the whippits(Nitrus). It took alot of coaxing to get me to get up and go to my doorm room. But we did. On the walk back to his doorm I felt liek there was elastic band pulling me back to my doorm because I was so tyered / lazy. Finaly we are in his room agin and I dont think that i will be able to even hold my breath to take a hit off the nitrus,

-- I decited that my frist hit would be small then my second (last) wold be a big one so I would peek at the end. I could not hold my frist hit in at all but I felt it alot sooner than I normaly would have. Then my second hit I decited I wannted to get realy high and held it for some time. I was at the point where it is not hard to hold your breath any more. So I decited I would realse in 10 seconds looked at my watch and for some reasion I got confewsed and held it for 20 (this is the highest I have ever been off nitrus) then I released and rested my head on the side of the futon, I never rember the high leaving my body before I went to sleep(I went to sleep REALLY fast REALLY)I slept for 10 hours that is the most I have sleept for before school started so a few months

The next day (today) I do not feal like I had read Xanax makes me feel great the next day but I just felt tyered altho this could have been due to the large amount of sleep I was not used to.

Over all I enjoyed my experiance but next time I will try 1 gram of xanax and more beer. The nitrus was the high point of my night.
