Hey I just wanted to say, I've been suffering from mental disorders for years now. Back when I was 16-17 I took well over 350+ hits of acid in about a year, and I was taking Esctasy and of course smoking MJ(I used many other drugs too, but those were the most used).

I was previously diagnosed, before all this with ADHD and Dysthemia (meduim/chronic depression). Then after all the Acid I was completely messed up. Vivid hallucinations, mental delusions, and states of psychosis and psychotic outbreaks. I had more problems when I drank alcohol especially.

But after years of fighting though the almost Dementia, I finally got myself past a lot of the delusions, and most had gone. But I still had fits of psychosis and mental depression coming and going. I've been a mess for years.

So I decided I'd try to see if maybe I actually had attention problems, further causing mental aggravation, into confusion, finally reaching a psychosis. So I started taking Adderall.

So far its been a few weeks and I'm impressed. Science I can concentrate on things and actually have the energy and will power to do things, I've had much less if almost no negative thought patterns. I've been to busy doing the things I used to enjoy doing. And I've been able to think about and see everything I've done in the past. Its made me completely not want to drink or do most drugs for that matter.

I still smoke weed, but other than that I am very content with myself now. I missed having control of myself and my decisions. And now I have little impulse choosing, cause I can think about things before I do them.

I'm not saying this is something totally amazing. Cause if I'm to run out... I get left in a worse position that before.. Falling into real bad states of psychosis and such. But on the meds I'm doing well and am happy with how its going.

I figured I'd share this with anyone whos' interested. I've been tried on lots of things (Lexapro, Wellbutrin, Zyprexa, Stattera) those all for the psychosis mostly, and they have done nothing for me. But I'm heavily impressed and happy so far how I'm doing now. Hopefully it keeps up. Later all.
