I ingested 7 HB Woodrose seeds on a beautiful summer afternoon in Upstate New York. I chewed each seed slowly and pulverized them before swallowing. I then went for a hike on a familiar trail through a forest.

After about 2 hours I got rather tired and found a spot in the sun to doze off, but I never really fell asleep. After a while I decided to leave since I didn't seem to be getting very high, just very tired.

The hike back through the woods was not as much fun as when I went in. It seemed like such a chore to get back to my car. The drive home was a hassle, not because of traffic or anything, but because I really didn't want to be driving. It just took so much effort, as though it was a very late night and I was driving home very tired.

When I got home I tried to relax a little, but my heartbeat was extremely strong and I felt a slight bit of suffocation. I had some bad thoughts about going into cardiac arrest and did my best to get through it all.

By evening I was still very altered. My heart was no longer pounding and I think there was some color enhancement. However, this trip was probably one of the worst I've ever had. It took quite a while to get to sleep, dreams were awful and I felt terrible the next day.

I disposed of my remaining HB Woodrose seeds and made a mental note not to use LSA compounds again since I seem to be allergic to them.
