HPPD

I have had HPPD for about 3 years now , started smokin skunk when I was 14 in school enjoyed getting stoned everyday, when 15 tried a bit of coke , and in late 2003 started dropping pills , speed, same sort of time did magic mushrooms , so its hard to pinpoint what drug actuly triggered the condition, due to being munted all the time aswell.

My first account of hppd was sitting in college, this must have been a few weeks after dooing the drugs , started to notice static on surfaces like walls or tables.

I just thought that this was just because I was stoned at the time, it then started comin on more intense and I started to get worried about it, this is when I started getting bright flashes across my eyes.

Over the next few months I was seeing illuminas boxes and tracers and after images the thing that scared me the most was when I closed my eyes it was still there.

I must have worried about this for months till I went to the eye doctor and got diagnosed with HPPD, he said u will probobly have it for life.

Its now 2006 and I've fully learnt to live with it, still do all the drugs I used to in moderation but the only things that trigger it off is lack of sleep , skunk, and aggravation this is when the bright flashes start..

It was good to find some sites with information of the illes as I have a batter understanding of it now
