First Time Hello

It seems I’m back to experimenting and enjoying it. I probably did not think about tripping for years until a few months ago and a “shroom on the whim” night. I have taken shrooms once since then and the Internet has fulfilled my need for further exploration of the planets best. Once limited to various tribes scattered throughout the world, today, many plants at a key stroke away bringing the shamans’ knowledge to the only tribe: Humans.

In college, I had access to plants and chemicals that are still fairly obscure at this point in time, but were unheard of in 1995- 2000. At least were unheard of to 99% of people I met. I turned a few people on but mostly if I talked about them, people just sort of laughed about how crazy I am.

Well here is my first experiment with Kratom.

Preparation: 20 grams(crushed leaves) lightly boiled for 15 minutes twice. Producing approximately 32 ounces of material.

NOTE- I thoroughly enjoy the challenge and task of preparing substances as much as I enjoy the experience itself.

0:00- had no plan to consume any of this brew until I had several glasses of wine.(alcohol: the true gateway drug).
I chug 16 ounces with no problem.

0:15- I smoke a cigarette and feel great. Its coming on slowly but I feel more upbeat and loving. Speak to Aunt on phone and give directions, as she will arrive at my house in 20- 30 minutes with her two kids.

0:30- Quite a rush. I feel a bit awkward as family to be here soon and I’m cooking dinner.

0:45- Aunt arrives with kids. Hug them and help them inside. Rationalize: Aunt did just as much drugs as me when she was younger. I feel like a master of conversation and any guilt I had subsided, as the atmosphere was truly loving.

1:00- 1:45- I cook my ass off. The finished product is some of the best steaks you’ll have at home, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and garlic bread. I am feeling very task oriented and totally with it mentally. Enjoying myself. Social and articulate.

The next few hours: I feel great and have 1 glass of wine slowly. No regrets. Luckily, it seems that I could pull this material off in any setting.

5:00- Fuck it, I chug the rest.(16 ounces) The rush was not there but I feel very numb. Any emotional, mental, or physical pain is long gone. Laying on the couch watching TV is phenomenal. I go to bed early and have fun dreams in which it seems that I can control.

In conclusion: I give this 2 thumbs up. It is a bit subtle if it has to be. When I layed still it activated a stronger buzz. It lifted all the stress from me and I woke up feeling great. I have already ordered more and can’t wait to introduce it to my wife. With a little alcohol it felt like 2 40’s of Old E and 2 vicodins.
