Numbness
Nitrous Oxide
Citation:   Zorba. "Numbness: An Experience with Nitrous Oxide (exp56536)". Erowid.org. Oct 9, 2006. erowid.org/exp/56536

DOSE:
  inhaled Nitrous Oxide (gas)
I used N2O for a few days in a row - about 4-5 balloons each time. I ended up with tingling/numb fingers & lips for about 2 weeks, which was slightly alarming to say the least.

I think that the information about 'numbness in extremities' is understated.
