In the past I was diagnosed with saver insomnia (a disorder that makes sleeping almost impossible) and was prescribed Quetiapine (seroquel) as a sleeping aid. At first my doctor prescribed 50mg witch worked ok for the first year or so. But then the effects of the pill did not seem as strong. He gradually raised it by 50Mg until about 3 months ago when it became 300Mg. Now until a few weeks ago the only effects of the drug were, RLS (restless leg syndrome), and of course extreme tiredness. But in the last few weeks I have been experiencing an array of different effects ranging from hearing things to feelings of discomfort. These symptoms do not come nightly but are on a more random schedule. The feelings of discomfort are not overwhelming but are….well uncomfortable but the other effects are the ones that got my attention. The mild hallucinations, witch consist of seeing small translucent swirls of darker color, and hearing things witch are usually just the seeming of faint music in the distance or people calling my name (that can become frustrating, annoying and sometimes creepy), I also experience (in the best way that I can put it) strange feelings of connections with “other dimensions” (but these are very rare). Now I have been taking the pill for a number of years and I weigh 224 pounds.
