I will start by saying that this 1st paragraph is only background info on my many drug experiences. If you are not interested in that than just skip this paragraph. Personally I don't find the background info of a trip report that interesting but I know some people really are quite interested in it. First a bit of background info before getting to the experience. I am a 24 year old male with a history of extensive drug use and abuse. I have tried all of the 10 most common drugs available to me and have also abused many of them at various points in my life: weed(8 years daily), psychedelic mushrooms(dozens of times), nicotine(very infrequent), booze(daily for 1 or 2 months at a time over the last 6 year) , MDMA(dozens of times) , LSD(dozens of times) , meth(1 single time I knowingly sniffed meth, possibly many times I have eaten meth in the form of un-pure ecstasy tablets), cocaine(I sniffed coke for the first time 6 years ago and it was only in the last 6 months that have I become fairly interested in it) , heroin(first tried 9 month ago, I have done it about 15 times since) , ketamine(around 30 times over the last 5 years). I have also sampled and abused a wide variety of obscure or unpopular drugs. Mostly stuff that is legal and easy to obtain like: nitrous oxide(many times) , GHB (several times) , salvia(5 times) , DXM(handful of times) , a few inhalants like gasoline(once) , and ether(under 5 times), many pharms both legally available without a script and illegally available without a script such as, dyphenhydramine, oxycodone, valium and other benzos, my personal favorite: Dilaudid(hydromorphone) , also codeine, morphine, and methadone. I'm sure I have left a few things out in this list but that mostly covers it. I got hooked on the hydromorphone and than later codeine (because I moved to a city with a very small opiate scene and all I could get was the OTC version of T3's with only 8 mg of codeine per pill. The cold water extraction was invaluable. I became tired of the hassle of the addiction and decided to go on methadone because it was the only option available to me that would allow me to get back on my feet. I have been on methadone for almost 2 years now and have recently slipped up several times. I started with the coke because it cuts right through the methadone. Something that heroin or other strong opiates could not do. Alright on to the experience.

WOW!!! I am feeling kinda lucky to be alive right now. I recently (5 minutes ago) injected the last of my 2 grams of cocaine by route of IV (in the vein) for the 5th or 6th time in the last 5 hours. I have IV'd cocaine before but until now I was VERY careful to not do too much. I stuck to the rules of trying new ways to take drugs very closely, things such as not mixing with other hard drugs or other drugs with similar effects (in this case other stimulants). I am in no hurry to experience an overdose or heart attack or brain embolism or any of the other things that I had read that cocaine use could do to a person. I also realized that going with the needle most likely increases these risks a whole lot.

The first time I tried this route of administration was around 6 months ago. I started very small with just a small key bump. I got noticeable effects but nothing crazy. I worked up the dose slowly over a handful of experiences. Tonight though, realizing all my stuff was gone and wanting to have a full-blown experience I dumped the last rock (the digi showed 2 points so it could have weighed anywhere between 151 mg to 249 mg) into the spoon and got my shot ready. My scale is only accurate to tenths of a gram. I was thinking about doing half but I just slammed it all at once. My vision immediately got blurry and I got real bad spins. There was quite a rush of euphoria that came a second later. I was shaking so bad I could not even put the cap back on the needle. I walked (mostly stumbling like a serious drunkard) to the bathroom as IV'd cocaine can cause intense nausea because of the intensity of it. I thought that a puke session was coming but the sick feeling in my gut passed within 5 minutes. The real rush was gone by about that time but I was still shaking very badly. I was somewhat worried about an OD in the first minute but after 5 minutes I was coherent and functional so I decided that I was probably safe. I started to write this report about 8 minutes after the injection and was originally trembling so violently that I could barely type effectively. The main effects passed by now and I feel like I would after taking some relatively (90% +) pure MDMA. I don't feel too cracked out or jittery and will certainly be able to sleep in a few hours, especially after a couple beers and a bowl or three of high quality cannabis. I do feel like I would like to do this again with a lower dose, probably half or 2/3rds of what I took this time. No intense craving to get high again which is a positive thing.
