I decided, for my own reasons, to take 'A++ Washington Strand' Amanitas a few days ago. Ordered them off of a reputable entheogen website. The batch was 31 grams in total, nothing but caps, supposedly the highest grade washington strand they carried.

I am a commercial fisherman, so I have subscription seasickness medications that I took due to reports I read of nausea/vomiting induced by the amanitas. The prescription is a combo nausea/ephedrine mix to help keep you awake.

I weighed out and ate 12 grams worth of the cap material scraping and/or removing nothing in the process. Despite what most people say I did not find the taste grotesque at all. They tasted similar to psilopsybic mushrooms if memory serves me correctly. Well, the dirt on one of the caps was a little gritty but everything else about the taste was fine.

After about 45 minutes I started feeling like I drank a couple beers. After about 1.5 hours they had taken noticable effect. I did not keep close track of times during my 'trip' therefore my time estimates are rough.

The drugs I have done include: narcotics, marijuana, alcohol, psylocybin and morning glories. The closest thing I could equate to being on these amanitas is being drunk and stoned at the same time. No visuals. No altered state of consciousness, rather boring if you ask me. However I will list the things I took to be of interest while on the drug:

1) A noticable ability to control multiple 'voices' in my head simultaneously. No, this was not a schizophrenic outbreak - I was in control of every 'voice' in my head, it was just an unnatural ability to carry out multiple internal dialogues simultaneously.

2) One of these voices was being a bitch and deservedly was slapped by the other voices. The 'bitch' of a voice went obsessive compulsive or some shit and kept repeating the same word over and over at an increasing pace and pitch. When I 'focused' on this voice I could stop it. However, it would slowly work its way back into annoyance.

3) I seemed to gain the ability to precisely reverse words and sentences. I do not mean saying 'how are you' as 'you are how', but rather 'how are you' as 'uoy era woh'. I was not incredibly fucked up at any point and it seemed as though this was actually being done with some accuracy and not just assumed as such while in an incompetent mental state.

Other than those three things, which all have to do with mental colloquialism, there was very little I enjoyed about the drug. I did not have any panic attacks or any extremely negative experiences. I just do not enjoy doing drugs 'for fun' all that often, I was hoping this drug would help me achieve an increased level of consciousness (like a higher chakra). But it did no such thing, it just induced a weak sort of drugged stupor.
