DOSE:
100 - 200 mg oral Pharms - Lithium
BODY WEIGHT: 11.5 st
I live in Scotland. Have suffered repeated depression episodes, to no pattern, for many years, since I was maybe 7 or 8. Suicidal and thoughts of death often occured. Been treated with prozac (fluoxetine) cymbalta (duloxetine) sertraline zopiclone mirtazapine nitrazepam, the list goes on. But no prescription drug has ever really been perfect. Benzodiazepines gave me bad memory loss, I get too addicted too fast to opiates and selective reuptake inhibitors, lets just say they fucked with my body too much (sertraline + 8 hours of rock hard cock....not good).

I got a couple 200mg tabs of lithium carbonate a while back and have not really been brave enough to use them too much because of the toxicity risk. But here's my diagnoses after my second usage (both widely apart):

A little bit of headache, with a kind of 'crunching' feeling up the side of my temple, like solid matter passing through my brain, but not any significant paranoia about bad effects because I feel too giddy and euphoric. Now I use that term lightly, as this isn't a 'wrapped in cotton wool' rushing euphoria like strong opiates, but this is euphoria in its own right. I understand that it doesn't work too good for everyone. Well for me its nice. A small all-over itchy feeling, too. I know from the first time I used 100mg that this 'mood stabilised' feeling will last a day or two without re-administration. Which will not happen until I have spoken to my physician about dangers, risk-lowering, and possible prescription on the NHS.

All in all I cant believe they prescribe something this strong to people. It has a hallucinogenic side that would have made me trip bad if I was younger, but now I just take a little bit and smoke some pot and everything seems all right, for now.
