On the way up to the game I didn't notice any change at all. I figured it just needed time to kick in, so I waited and didn't think about it anymore. On the way up I ran into a group of friends who were all just hanging out and biking, the usual. I just killed time with them before I had to be at the park, and one of my friends challenged me to a bike race down the street. I believe this is when I began feeling the first effects, which was about 40 minutes after I took the first two pills. I felt concentrated on the race and very energetic when I was pedaling. I was literally giving it my all in this just-for-fun bike race, and ended up winning. Afterward I felt great, but I thought I was just so happy about being out on my bike on a beautiful day with my good friends, which I always am happy whenever it's nice out, etc. I just tend to enjoy life for its simple pleasures and they often make me happy, so I ignored it as an affect of the drug.
I later left them and continued to the volleyball game. This also made me very happy, again, because I was with more friends and doing something fun. I still noticed I felt concentrated and competitive again. I had never played a game of volleyball in my life before this and I was having so much fun and getting into the game so much, it was great. I eventually had to leave because I had homework assignments and chores to tend to at home.
By now I had arrived home at about 6 P.M. I was feeling great, it was a beautiful day, I was on my bike, I was with friends, I was pretty happy. When walking in I noticed the bottle was still there. I had decided that I didn't take enough before, so I took three more. So, by now, 75mg of Adderall was in my system. About an hour later I really started to feel it. The rush it provided me with was great. I felt amazing, like a god of sorts. Like anything was possible. I had the greatest urge to do work and physical activities and talk to people.

By about 8 P.M. I was definitely feeling the full effects. I was absolutely great, just euphoric. I wanted to do so much, I could concentrate on everything, then I would concentrate on other things, and everything just lead to another thing and it was all just ecstasy on my brain. About this time my mom had come home, but I wasn't worried about her knowing I was 'tweaking'. An hour later she had asked if I wanted to drive up to Friendly's for a milk shake. While driving under the influence of drugs was not a smart idea at all, I still wanted to. Driving was awesome. I was just so concentrated on everything around me, the lights, the signs, the road lines, the other cars, the speedometer, my position on the gas and brake pedals. Everything just felt in tune and flowed so well. This is what driving was supposed to feel like. We got there perfectly fine and I at least felt like I was driving better. I'm assuming I was driving fine because my mom wasn't yelling at my normally rather poor driving (I've only had my permit for about two months).
So we had returned home and I had figured it was time for me to sleep. This is where it all went wrong. I couldn't sleep. My body was physically tired, but my mind wouldn't let me sleep. The only thing I can compare it to is like being on a frightening rollercoaster that all I can do is wait to get off of. I laid in bed trying to sleep, but couldn't. So I thought maybe some physical activity would help me sleep. I got up and cleaned my room. All my shoes were organized, I folded all my clothes, I cleaned off my messy dressers, and organized all my paintball equipment. Nope, still couldn't sleep. I had just realized I wasn't going to sleep by now, so I began to write... and write, and write, and write, and write. The next thing I knew my alarm was going off and it was 6 A.M., time for school. I lifted my head and immediately noticed the ache in my neck. It was quite bothersome. I then took a step down from my bed and fell down, it was like my leg had crumpled below me. My muscles were so sore, and I was so dehydrated. I also had the largest headache in the world.
So by now I was in school. I was incredibly tired, sore, irritable, and just not feeling good at all. All the people around me would sometimes annoy me because of all the noise and movement. So I would just put in my iPod and put my head down to drown it out. Walking to one of my classes I was spacing out and fell down the stairs. This wasn't going so well anymore. What finally topped it off is today was the first day of track practice. This was hell. I eventually ended up vomiting. I was just praying for this to end so much, and my prayers finally came true. I had came home and I went up to my room and slept until the next morning, finally feeling normal and ok.
