I suffer from depression, anxiety, insomnia, and Chrohn's disease so the side effects often cause diarrea and extreme gas. When I take it it usually kick in in 15 to 30 min on an empty stomach. It slowly but quickly kicks in and just makes me tired and want to lay down and sleep. The next morning the side effects kick in, but do to the Chron's it causes the aformentioned side effect Its duration is about 3 to 4 hours.
