DOSE:
6 mg   Pharms - Buprenorphine (daily)
BODY WEIGHT: 140 lb
I have been a junkie since I was 16 and have a little over 5 years of drug abuse under my belt. I love heroin but it got bad real quick and continued to get worse. I was shooting (injecting) 3 grams a day (a decent amount) and getting dope sick about every 45min-1hour (withdrawals- sweats, puking, muscle spams, etc). It didnt start out that bad but it wasnt too long before it ended up that way.

After years of struggling and numerous attempts to get sober, I decided to try some outside help. I tried methadone but I found that it was twice as addictive and that the withdrawals were twice as worse. In 2007 I came across subutex, which saved my life. It tricked the opiate receptors in your brain to think your high by filling them and allowing your body to 'stay well' while you slowly ween yourself off drugs. I started out at a high dosage since I was using so much heroin and I tapered really slowly- about 2mg every 6wks or so depending on my body's reaction. Some taperings were easier than others. Sometimes I just felt mildly sick and other times I felt more sick. Regardless of that, it has saved my life.

When I take it, I dont feel high, I just feel 'well' or 'normal' which means that I'm not sick but I also dont feel too much ecstasy. Its still new and expensive.
